Bug#139796: gij-3.0: fails to configure when localepurge has removed ja man pages

Package: gij-3.0
Version: 1:3.0.4-6
Severity: normal

# dpkg --configure gij-3.0
Setting up gij-3.0 (3.0.4-6) ...
update-alternatives: unable to make /usr/share/man/ja/man1/java.1.gz.dpkg-tmp a symlink to /etc/alternatives/java.ja.1.gz: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing gij-3.0 (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
 gij-3.0

This has happened with the last two versions. The last time, I made the
/usr/share/man/ja/man1 directory as a workaround, but it was removed by
localepurge the next time around. I don't know where the right place is to
fix this, but, since it only happens with this package, I suspect it's a
problem with gij in particular, not update-alternatives or localepurge.
