Well, the first "documentation" was the saxoncat shell script,
which was trying to do this. I looked at the man page, which of
course doesn't list a -I switch. I then ran gij --help,
and it too doesn't list -I as a real switch. Going to
google and doing a search for gij, I got to
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc-3.0/gcj_8.html
which again doesn't mention -I. Going to contents I
got fooled by the invoking gcj section, which does allow
for a -I switch.
So, I guess I can't find any GNU documentation on a -I
switch for gij. As I have already reported this and something
else to the saxon-catalog maintainer, I guess we might as
well close this. Perhaps the GNU people could make it a
little clearer that gij doesn't support -i, contrary to
its cousin gcj?
