maybe this needs to be mentioned in a README ...

	apt-get source gcc-3.2
	dpkg-source -x <downloaded .dsc file>
	cd <unpacked directory>
	debian/rules unpack (or debian/rules patch)

The last step unpacks the upstream source tarball and/or applies the
Debian specific patches (currently none for the libstdc++ sources).

For the first step you need a deb-src line in /etc/apt/sources.list
