yes, but the libstdc++?-doc is built from the gcc-3.2 source
package. and a build dependency of a source package in main on a
non-free package is not allowed according to policy.

same for the Debian package. The distribution of the generated
docs is allowed. If the generation of the docs during build time
fails, the packaging falls back to the pre-generated docs.
