Bug#167116: GCC's Build-Depends: gnat-3.2, and automake

Hi!

I've tried to upgrade just the gcc part of my woody system to gcc-3.2 and
run into two problems related to the Build-Depends:

- automake-1.4 is assumed instead of automake. Replace automake with automake 
(>=1.4-p6-1).

- gnat-3.2 is required by gcc to build. It looks like gcc build correctly
with gnat-3.14p-3 of woody, so this could be probably relaxed to 
'gnat (>=3.14p-3) | gnat-3.2'
