gcc-3.2.1-pre4 depends on libc6 2.3.1

Hello,

I installed gcc-3.2.1-pre4 today, and tried rebuilding binutils 
2.13.90.0.10.  The compile barfed trying to include stdio.h.  From the looks 
of it, there are some new defines in libc6 2.3.1:

__BEGIN_NAMESPACE_STD
__END_NAMESPACE_STD
__USING_NAMESPACE_STD(name)

That are used in the gcc header files.  Installing the newer libc6 package 
fixed it up.  So gcc-3.2.1-pre4 may need an additional depend on libc6 >= 
3.2.1.
