Bug#162201: NetBSD/i386 uses GCC 3.2

Much like the Hurd, the NetBSD/i386 port does not require a smooth
transition and is currently using GCC 3.2; we would appreciate it if you
would add a suitable section to gcc-defaults to reflect this (archname
netbsd-i386, per not-yet-released dpkg selection and longstanding
assignment).
