Of course it's note reproducible - I've removed the usage of such code
in avifile - as there is not point to use such C++ code if it can't
be compiled.

I think the basic problem was that I've marked that some routine
will throw only one type of exception - but when this exception
has been thrown it has caused  'abort'

Once I've realized where was the problem (being to nice to compiler)
I've removed all throw() constrains and it now works again...
But the bug was present in all 2.95.4...3.0. compilers - I think
3.1 just fixed this partialy...
