Bug#144184: g77-3.0: Please apply "big array" patch

It should be available with GCC 3.1, which will probably appear in
unstable soon after Woody is released.* Considering how Woody is in deep
freeze, and it's not a terribly essential patch, it won't go into Woody.
It's not impossible that it could go into the post-Woody g77-3.0
package, but it seems better to point to g77-3.1 instead of adding a
major functional patch to 3.0 at that time.

I'm not part of the GCC maintainers, but I believe the above to be
accurate nonetheless.

* If it's not in GCC 3.1 in some form, there were probably severe
problems with it. You can download and compile GCC 3.1 from source
<http://gcc.gnu.org>, or you download preliminary packages from
<http://ftp-master.debian.org/~doko/gcc> to try it out.
