Can you make a binary-only upload with that change?  I don't think it's
worth doing a new source version and forcing all other arches to rebuild
for this, considering that we will probably want to do a new upload
anyway when GCC 3.0.4 is released in a few days' time.  The
arm-gnu(s)-source patch will be obsoleted by the 3.0.4 .orig.tar.gz
anyway.
