Bug#127111: libgcj2: missing symoblic link

I was using /usr/bin/gij-3.0 from the libgcj2 package, so didn't
have the gij package installed.  I hadn't noticed gij.  

Is /usr/bin/gcj-3.0 in the right package, then ?  Apologies in
advance if I'm being dumb :)
