Bug#121282: On i386, gcc-3.0 allows $ in indentifiers but not the asm

Hello GCC maintainers,
As I reported in #121269,

gcc-3.0 allows $ in identifiers by default on i386 but not the asm,
so compiling the example given in #121269 fails.

Default should to be set on i386 to reject dollar in indentifiers.
