Bug#108881: Wrong package version of libstdc++2.10 in testing and/or unstable?

If the glibc2.1 based version of libstdc++2.10 is kept in woody, then
this has to be moved to testing, as a glibc2.1 compile isn't possible
with testing/unstable.
