building gcc-3.0.1

You find gcc-3.0.1-1 at http://ftp-master.debian.org/~doko/gcc,
currently building on i386, powerpc and sparc (seems I crashed ipmsun1
with the m68k build ;-) I do not plan to move it to incoming until
binaries for all architectures are available. We now have 010811
binaries available for all architectures, so let 010811 first move to
testing... I made ~doko/gcc/incoming group writeable, so binaries can
be collected there.

PS: Unsure if the timeout for the arm & m68k buildd's was
    increased. the m68k C++ test results are too good (3 failures only).
