Bug#100863: marked as done (Instalation problem: c-tree-300.info.gz don't exist)

  * Update patches for recent (010613 23:13 +0200) CVS sources.
  * Fix packaging bugs (#100459, #100447, #100483).
  * Build-Depend on gawk, mawk doesn't work well with test_summary.
