Je ne vois pas d'où peut venir ce "command not found"...
On a bien le même horde.postinst ?
Que contient /etc/horde/horde.php3 après l'erreur ?
Ce horde_root_url est initialisé précédemment par :

. /etc/horde/horde.php3.in
Que contient ce fichier ?
