Tonika is an administration-free platform for large-scale open-membership
(social) networks with robust security, anonymity, resilience and
performance guarantees. ?It is like the back-end of Wikileaks on speed?
I'm not sure what its current status is, but I came across it recently and
thought it seemed relevant for this project.
