Hi!
src:woff-tools popped up on BOTD today,
and the consensus of the salvage team was to replace it with an upstream
that exists, and that's src:sfnt2woff-zopfli.
I've prepared a Salsa MR (idk if anyone gets notifications, hence the mail)

that does this transparently to the user
(and will, if uploaded, allow for a RM on src:woff-tools).
I also ported the patchset from src:woff-tools
and fixed the outstanding bug that affects them both.
