Several font packages now FTBFS

Hello Debian Fonts Task Force.

The following packages currently fail to build from source in unstable:

fonts-arapey FTBFS: fontTools.varLib.errors.VariationModelError: Locations must be unique.
fonts-dotgothic16 FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-klee FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-morisawa-bizud-gothic FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-rampart FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-reggae FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-rocknroll FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-sahel FTBFS: fontmake: Error: In 'Sahel.designspace': Compatibility check failed
fonts-stick FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'
fonts-train FTBFS: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'instance_ufo'

Can you tell me if this is a single bug (in one of its build-dependencies)
or multiple bugs? (in each of the affected packages)
