our hardworking trainees left a note:

Please explain how to recreate the autogenerated files.
Please mention all copyright holders, like Unicode Inc., Caldera Thin Clients Inc, etc.

psftools-1.1.1\include\psflib.h has coyright starting at 2002,
while d/copyright mentions 2003. Nitpicking, right ?

psftools-1.1.1\include\psfutils.h (same as above, 2000).
