Bug#953740: Please package new upstream release of fonts-cantarell

I have uploaded a package to experimental [*] in which I applied the two 
"tricks" I outlined before. I have not experienced any issues with Gnome 
Shell, Gnome Control Center or any other Gnome app, yet. Please install 
the package and give it a try yourself.

[*] Because we are tracking GNOME releases in debian/watch, but I have 
packaged a font release which is not part of a GNOME release, yet. The 
optional building of either the static fonts or the variable font has 
just been introduced in Cantarell 0.302, whereas GNOME still has 0.301 
on its servers. Also, because I have disabled an overlay removal 
algorithm which upstream has explicitly chosen and fall back to the 
default one instead.
