new Chinese LxgwWenKai fonts, git repo in salsa.debian.org/fonts-team

Hi,

    I want ITP a new Chinese fonts LxgwWenKai [1], it use SIL_Open_Font_License.

Can this font package join the fonts-team?

If OK, I hope  create a repo in https://salsa.debian.org/fonts-team,

the repo name is: fonts-lxgw-wenkai

My salsa id is @atzlinux-guest, please give me the permission for this repo.
