IPAMonaPGothic
Hello!
Today I've done some research on IPAMonaPGothic, a superior font to `fonts-mona`, which Debian distributes.
I have determined that IPAMonaPGothic is open-source, in the same way `fonts-ipaexfont` and `fonts-ipafont` are. It is therefore suitable for inclusion in Debian, and should be included.

The regular Mona font has very ugly kanji, while IPAMonaPGothic is suitable for both 2channel ASCII art and text.
