Greetings, The Abyssinica SIL font is about to have another release. Can I get permission to work on the fonts-sil-abyssinica package to update it? The packaging currently has an extra binary package for the Debian installer. The font for this package has some characters removed, in order to save space. This is done with FontForge, which (unless some extra steps are taken) does not make for a reproducible build. https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/fonts-sil-abyssinica.html What is the best way to handle this issue. Other SIL fonts that are used in the Debian installer, such as fonts-sil-padauk and fonts-sil-scheherazade, do not modify the font for the Debian installer.
