Bug#900801: fonts-urw-base35: Wrong symlinks for configuration files

Dear Maintainer,

/etc/fonts/conf.d/61-urw-fallback-backwards.conf and
/etc/fonts/conf.d/61-urw-fallback-generics.conf point to non-existing
files. The paths in debian/fonts-urw-base35.links have to be changed:
Currently it states:
usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/urw-urw-fallback-backwards.conf
etc/fonts/conf.d/61-urw-fallback-backwards.conf
usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/urw-urw-fallback-generics.conf
etc/fonts/conf.d/61-urw-fallback-generics.conf

Correctly it would state:
usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/urw-fallback-backwards.conf
etc/fonts/conf.d/61-urw-fallback-backwards.conf
usr/share/fontconfig/conf.avail/urw-fallback-generics.conf
etc/fonts/conf.d/61-urw-fallback-generics.conf

I.e. the doubled 'urw-' has to be fixed.
