Package: ttf-freefont
Version: 20031008-1
When I upgraded to version 20031008-1 of ttf-freefont, all programs
using the fonts started showing extra space between lines of text
written in the fonts. Downgrading to the previous version, 20030519-1,
fixes this spacing problem. A screenshot of the correct rendering with
20030519-1 is available at
http://linuxlab.cs.pdx.edu/~tripletj/ttf-freefont-spacing-problem/20030519-1.png
, and a screenshot of the incorrect rendering with 20031008-1 is

Built ttf-freefont-20031008 and fonts-freefont-20120503 with recent
fontforge
