[Pkg-fonts-devel] Update for fonts-sil-annapurna

Greetings,

At the request of Daniel Glassey I have updated one of the font packages
for a font produced by SIL International. The font is Annapurna SIL.

My package is already complete and uploaded to mentors.debian.net:
https://mentors.debian.net/package/fonts-sil-annapurna

Would it be possible if someone from the font task force could review
the package and provide guidance if I made any mistakes?

I already obtained sponsorship from Daniel Glassey - he will take care
of the upload when any open questions have been answered.
