Its soname is currently "libxmlbird.so.1.3" (and apparently used to be "libxmlbird.so.1.0"). It should probably be "libxmlbird.so.1". If the library ABI has changed then the libxmlbird1 package must be renamed and the "libxmlbird.so.1" symlink must not be created.
