Hi, I am packing that but progressing slowly because there's need to upload build dependency (nototools, #848206) to build from source and I might need to handle the documentation of the package. I can do a rename of this ITP to include the fallback version of the emoji. Should we do that? (Also I can't find the source of Noto Emoji despite of the redistributable ttf.)
