[Pkg-fonts-devel] Bug#774274: fontforge: please allow scripts to set the font modification time

Now that we have SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH defined [1], I wonder if this is the
right approach. Just looking for the variable in the environment and
using it as the font modification time sounds an easier approach to
implement and to make many Debian packages reproducible without any
modifications.
