This page https://github.com/chrissimpkins/Hack/releases provides a "Source Code (tar.gz)" link which points to this file https://github.com/chrissimpkins/Hack/archive/v2.010.tar.gz which in turn contains everything that you need, including license and changelog and .ttf files in a brebuild/ directory.
