We are. So, in case that would be needed, please consider that we (Fonts "task force") agree with Balint's upload to wheezy-backports. I would indeed be happy to integrate this properly as a branch in our git repo.....assuming I'd be sure how to do that "the right way" (I think I haven't yet work with packaging branches in a gbp-enabled GIT repository).
