Is there documented in the team policy that only dh is the way to go? I
didn't find any so I used cdbs which I prefer over dh. Also font
packages are simple dh or cdbs doesn't matter much CDBS also uses
debhelper (that is if you didn't notice) and both my packages have
normal .install .links file just like others.
Hope that makes you comfortable about my packages.
Also both noto and arkpandora problems are fixed as per Fabian's
comment.
