You can download the packages with dget using this command:

dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/f/fonts-averia-gwf/fonts-averia-gwf_1.00-1.dsc
dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/f/fonts-averia-sans-gwf/fonts-averia-sans-gwf_1.00-1.dsc
dget -x http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/f/fonts-averia-serif-gwf/fonts-averia-serif-gwf_1.00-1.dsc
