[Pkg-fonts-devel] Please split the Opentype fonts into a separate package

Hi,

as the subject line suggests, please package the Opentype flavours of 
the tex-gyre and lmodern fonts in separate packages. While the 
opentype flavours may be useful for any fontconfig-using application, 
the rest of the packages is merely only useful in the TeX ecosystem.

Furthermore, please compare:

$ du /usr/share/texmf/fonts/opentype/public/tex-gyre
4424	/usr/share/texmf/fonts/opentype/public/tex-gyre
$ dpkg-query -f='${Installed-Size}\n' -W tex-gyre
30774

Of course, the fontconfig files discussed in #687940 and #686098 must 
get included in these packages as well.

Regarding the names for the split-off packages, this should get 
discussed in another bug report, soon to come. ;)
