  * Bump standards version to 3.9.2.
  * Rename source package to "fonts-opendin" to fit the Font Packages
    Naming Policy.
  * debian/control: Switch Maintainer and Uploaders.
  * Added debian/source/format.
  * Simplify debian/rules.
