behdad is apparently writing a new tool for fontconfig, and indends to
release a new version of fontconfig with it in the next few weeks. I
suggest we also use it to generate the data for packagekit.

Sounds like that would be a useful addition, I don't think it is a
good idea to use it for packagekit though.
