I've dug a bit more and noticed that the problem appeared starting with version 2.20-1; after bisecting I've narrowed the problem down to the following commit: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ r1965 | eugeniy | 2007-08-07 14:02:19 +0000 (Tue, 07 Aug 2007) | 2 lines use sane CVT value for thickness, so glyph does not become 1.5 times more thick at large sizes regards, Davide
