No, Launchpad categorize bugs with source packages, so it's not easy to
see bugs against a particular binary package.
However, many bugs has a "binary package hint" note that shows the
binary package they are filed against. In the case of the these font
bugs, the reporter listed the binary package names in the bug
description quite clearly.
I'm doing the needed BTS dance to clone and reassign those Indic font
bugs to individual font binary packages. (Hopefully I didn't make any
mistakes.)
