Sounds like you're looking for NetFlow. You can use fprobe-ng as
collector and nfdump (http://nfdump.sf.net) to analyze the data. 
All you need to do is write some small wrapper scripts.

If you want a GUI you should take a look at nfsen (http://nfsen.sf.net).
