dual internet connection

Greetings,

     I have a question about dual internet connection. Here's my scenario

--------
| eth1 | ----- |-----------------|                                    |
--------       | Debian Router   |            --------                |
               |  192.168.0.1    | -----------| eth0 | ---------------| my network
--------       |                 |            --------                |
| eth2 | ----- |-----------------|                                    |
--------

eth1 = 201.201.201.205 gw = 201.201.201.205 (dsl)
eth2 = 101.101.101.105 gw = 101.101.101.101 (cable)

sorry about the ip's :(

my understanding of dual internet connection is:

#1 by ip range
192.168.0.2-100 will use eth1(201.201.201.205)
192.168.0.101-xxx will use eth2(101.101.101.105)

#2 by ports
port 21 & 80 will use eth1, the rest will use eth2

in my case is if nothing goes wrong i want to use both connections but if eth1 goes down
i want all the routes to go to eth2 .. well if nothing goes down if possible i want to use
both 50/50
