error when runing iptables

Hi All

My debian box give me error when i try to set iptables
rules when i try to setting firewall for my office
webserver. The error as a follow :

useme@www:~$ sudo iptables-restore <
/home/useme/firewallset
modprobe: Can't open dependencies file
/lib/modules/2.4.20-020stab009.10.777-enterprise/modules.dep
(No such file or directory)
iptables-restore v1.2.6a: iptables-restore: unable to
initializetable 'nat'

Try `iptables-restore -h' or 'iptables-restore --help'
for more information.

Dunno exactly whats going on with my iptables. Is
there anyone who know whats wrong with my debian box?
