Flow-Control and droped packets.
I have a cable modem(256KB up/XYZ Down). It is connected to my computer via a 10MB ethernet. I
use HTB to emulate Flow-Control, however I still get dropped packets when I...

To the IP of the first hop in a traceroute. I think I get the same thing when I use TCP with or
withought TOS.
I was wondering dose any one know of a cable modem that has ANY type of flow control or
notification of droped packets. I can send at full ethernet speeds, if I take of my shapping.
