Heyo, I have this lines in my syslog, i think it become

times And again and again … I ‘ve found this probleme because I use
Mldonkey ( yeah I know it’s bad ), and the mlnet proc use, I think since
this iptables update, all of my CPU load. For tests, I have disable all of my iptables rules,
just masquerade the ADSL connection and some ports forwarding, but the probleme
stay. The cpl bit messages only comes when mldonkey is
running Google says that the CPL Bit is used to set some
priority of ATM Cell … I don’t know exactly what doest it mean …
if this is an option of pppoa or pppd I havnt find anything under this name in
