A. login to the site with your username and password

B. from your member home page click on the "Delete Account"
   button. From there you will be on the delete account page.
   
C. If you do not want to delete your account but only your profile
   simply login and click on the "manage profiles" button. From
   there you will see your list of profiles and a "delete" link
   next to each one.
