Bandwidth and accounting info suggestions please

G'day all,
I am building a couple of new firewalls and I was wondering what people 
are using for
bandwidth usage and traffic monitoring?

The two areas I am interested in.
debugging connecitons (looking at the logged packets web interface 
iptables-log seems to be ok)
recording per IP/port/protocol statistics for bandwidth usage purposes.
