Yup.  SNMPv3.  I'm not aware of any agent MIB which specifically controls
IPTables configurations, but I'm sure there's at least one (if not multiple)
MIBs for firewalling and such.  Don't use anything prior to v3 for
configuration - it's as insecure as hell.
