PPTP VPN

I've setup a VPN connection on ppp0 using PPTP. Here's my routing table
after the connection is setup:

10.219.223.1    0.0.0.0         255.255.255.255 UH    0  0   0 ppp0
192.168.1.0     0.0.0.0         255.255.255.0   U     0  0   0 eth1
81.84.14.0      0.0.0.0         255.255.254.0   U     0  0   0 eth0
0.0.0.0         81.84.15.254    0.0.0.0         UG    0  0   0 eth0


By connecting to this VPN i should be able to access hosts thar are
behing nat in 193.126.x.x addresses.

What should I do so that I can access machines on the other side?
