hey, we're writing 2002!
debian is as smart as it doesn't need any echo [01] >/proc/blah!
First, put syncookies support in the kernel (networking options, after
ECN), look at this:
mrwas@freedom:~$ grep syn /etc/network/options
syncookies=yes
if you have the same, reboot and have fun with syncookie protection!
