I've seen a lot of people using /etc/network/firewall, and this is what
we used to use at Stormix, with a simple "pre-up /etc/network/firewall"
in /etc/network/interfaces.

There's always the "other" way, with "iptables save" and such, but I've
always found this is inadequate as I want to be able to run other things
and comment it as well.
